well madara has god tree inside him=more power, and better knowledge of eye powers than obito. Prob jubito could GO/warp to kamui dimention, but not make just a part of him dissapear like he usually did...

I don't think that he had any problem with traveling to the other dimension. He simply didn't feel the need to do so; after all, he had those black balls who can block any attack. Also no ninjutsu was able to coase him harm.
