If madara was alive long enough to give nagato his eyes, he would been revived without his eyes. In other words madara must have been dead when someone took his eyes and gave them to nagato.

My point is that your body is the same when revived as it was when you died, therefore if madara gave his eyes to nagato he would have been revived without his eyes. Same with itachi, if his eyes were taken before he died he would have been revived without them

You r revived the same no matter what itachi was blind but now he can see even isasuie has his eyes but itachi is relied with them even if they were taken before his death he would still have them in edo that's one of the reasons it's labels forbidden

edotensei resurect you with the same abilities/eyes you had before you died

so if you lose your eye and gets resurected you still have them..

I would argue that Edo revives your body entirely, for instance if someone died after losing a limb or from a serious impalement, the impaled part of the body would be healed and the limbs that were lost would be restored. The eyes of an Uchiha are naturally theirs and should be present even if the eyes were taken before death.
