I found this scan of Madara Uchiha in Storm 3. Is it fake or real?

How can he be DLC? If Bijuu Naruto is going to appear in the game, then its obvious that Madara is in the game to since he comes before Bijuu Naruto.

Oh, okay. That makes sense. Only costumes, movie characters, or a character belonging to a different anime or something along those lines should be DLC only.
