I personally believe Kaguya will intervene somehow. Maybe try to strip Madara of his control over IT forcing Madara to cancel it and then Nardo and Sauce will fight him while he struggles to prevent Kaguya from taking over.

I honestly wouldn't consider it an asspull if he's defeated while he struggles with Kaguya since he won't be able to focus correctly which will give Naruto and Sasuke plenty of openings. Kinda like how Jin Obito turned into a blob or something like that.
