Also I meant with the seals, because it seems like Madara was going to be sealed by Naruto and Sasuke's magnet rasengan and chidori. Madara had to use limbo to avoid it.

It's a good seal in theory. In practice, creating a second moon would have catastrophic effects on the earth. Meanwhile, one half dead guy stole the bijuu from madara without much trouble, or even needing to damage him much. Naruto and Sasuke could have easily extracted the bijuu after they beat the crap out of him with their new Powerups.
