[Discussion] Madara CAN use Susanoo without the use of sharingan-PROOF

Everyone is complaining about the recent chapter how Madara isnt supposed to be doing using Susanoo without his eyes.
But I have manga proof that he can in fact use Susanoo WITHOUT the use of Sharingan. Take a close look at this page in the link:

Evidently, Madara's Susanoo is more than just power from EMS, I think his susanoo is a manifestation of his own chakra at this point.

ALSO, I found a plothole as seen here:

How can Madara say that when he has no eyes? Come on Kishi.

Also, why didnt the Slug Bijuu use his corrosive gas to rot away Madara after trapping him in his slime instead of letting Shukakku catch him? SMH...
