Madara can revive himself

First of i am not sure if the rinnengan can bring long term dead people alive but if it can Madara is reanimated so he doesn't die from it right.So Can't he use that jutsu to revive His siblings since he won't die cuz he is reanimated. He'll just regenerate his body. Right ? And what would happen if he revived his old self with it? I'm getting so so_@:
