As you can see Madara somehow can manipulate his soul. Mind you it was before he made seals to break Edo Tensei connection.

If this is true then it means Madara just escaped Kaguya and Black Zetsu possesion just moving his soul into anyone. Most possibly he is possesing Obito's body now.
