If Madara gained Rin'negan and part of Hashirama's strenght just before his death,and he knows about Tobi he could easily use his yinn chakra and use yang chakra to create a body(Tobi) and give him life! So tobi would be just a part of Madara's chakra! It is possible look for my proof:

these kinds of logic as to who tobi is has been long discussed , its like jetsu madara, Ying yang madara, Obito, Izuna, Itachis dad etc etc. So all these are possible till we know who Tobi is. And you are not crazy , you just pointed out your view.

I actually think that is a valid theory. Sounds as good as a lot of other theories, except one thing is that So6p was the only person to have the control of Yin and Yang elements to make dreams a reality, so Madara would have had to have Yin and Yang element chakra control as good as the So6p
