- Minato come back and use Shiki fujin to finish Madara
- Nagato come back and finish Madara with the dragon seals(Gedo Mazo)
- Tobi with his S/T technique could warp him away or fight him with Gedo Mazos help
- Kakashi could maybe kamui him and send him into another dimension
- Itachi come out from no where and seal him with totsuka
- Suigetsu's scroll. I think there is something special in this scroll that could probably help in the fight against Madara

These are the most likely outcomes, imo.

The Kages, along with Naruto (and possibly Sasuke) will take care of Madara.
For a plot twist, Tobi could reveal some sort of hidden power and stomp Madara, becoming even more powerful than we previously thought.

1. These two can not return. They have been sealed.

2. All of these are so unlikely that I just can't see them happening.

3. Tobi has no reason to attack Madara. They are allies and co-conspirators.

4. Unlikely. If you reread the chapter where the scroll is featured, you'll see that Suigetsu and Jugo didn't know about the Edo Tenseis or Madara specifically. Therefore, it's implausible that it will be something useful against Madara.

5. Could happen, but why would Sasuke want to fight Madara? There's no motivation for him to do so.

I personally think Madara will release himself. That seems the most possible option.
