Just think about it, what are Hashirama's strongest aspects?

1- Insane amounts of chakra.
2- Very powerful body, capable of healing without seals.

Edo Tensei wouldn't benefit him that much actually. Them both being Edo will only remove some of the advantages that Hashirama holds over Madara.
