Yes. However, kaguya is a completionist thus BZ waited for madara to absorb the tree, awaken the rinne sharingan and cast IT first.

The juubi that madara absorbed and the tree are all kaguya besides the power boost I see no difference.

I think this also ^^^^ BZ could have done it as soon as he absorbed became a juubi jin. However Kaguya edged him on ti absorb the tree cuz she's power hungry and Madara was about to be soloed.

No. How could he be turned into Kaguya when Kaguya basically was the Shinjuu? She's what tempted Madara to absorb the tree in the first place. BZ forcing Madara to absorb all that chakra if he didn't have the Shinjuu in him would've just killed Madara.

Doesn't matter either way, since Madara would've absorbed it sooner or later.

Nah. Needed the tree tht somehow held kaguya chakra/consciousness and since i think about it all kinda how Oro's tech worked and looked with Le Sauce.. BZ just kickstarted his moms chakra and she just rekt him(Madz) for control of that near perfect vessel for chakra almost like her original body.
