Madara was knocked around by the Raikage alot, nearly punched to death by Tsunade, de-materialized by Onoki and almost sealed up by Gaara and Mei.

If Madara didnt have Edo Tensei at that time, he wouldnt be able to had 25 Susanoo's on the field, he wouldnt use the Meteor Technique(Cause that would just kill himself).

If he was really powerful without Edo Tensei dont you think he would deactivate it long before, instead he deactivated it after the 5 Kage was thoroughly exhausted. Very smart.....

He wouldnt have spammed all his powerful jutsu's if he didnt have ET, chakra wise if he did the match would be over really fast.

In my opinion, Madara was lucky he was resurrected by the Edo Tensei, if any method, he would be long dead.

I doubt that. I know Kyuubis chakra saved his life a bunch of times but if he had never been made jinchuuriki, his life and skills would have been much different, he possibly could have been a genius right from birth.

Madara's not alive, he's still an edo. He only cut the contract, he didn't bring himself back to life.
