You can't be that serious.
Current Madara cannot be defeated even by the main character.
The sharringan can read your mind and you can easily counter-attack your opponent.
The sharringan itself cannot it's just the user and as much as he's advanced in taijutsu.
Madara should probably know something about Huyga. And there's no doubt he won't let being hit.
Single member don't stand a chance.

It would work if there is some distraction.........I mean some one attack madara first attack should be a decoy and the second attack should be done by hyuunga then what u expected will work.Good thought

It's possible, and a great idea in theory. It's a fact that the technique would have that effect on Edo Madara, BUT the one trying to defeat Madara with it will need lots of heavy powerful support ninjas as distraction to get close enough to Edo Madara. Also, Edo Madara can avoid this entirely by just putting up Susanoo for the entire fight. The Trigram technique won't be able to get him then.

Another consideration... I'm not too sure whether Trigram does shut chakra off for good without any way out at all. Didn't Naruto draw on his Kyuubi chakra with sheer willpower to regain chakra after Neji shut off his chakra system? Madara has both Yin and Yang Chakra/his and Hashirama's chakra. Does that not count as two separate chakras?

Actually, I think I'm talking pure bull there. But Madara seems to know a lot of things. He's one of the worse people to put up against a commonly known technique. He'll probably know exactly how to counter it.

Hyuuga CAN block madaras chakra points ... it's possible

But if its possible for them to actually get near Madara to do so is another subject... madara is fast, knows good taijutsu as well, has sharingan AND susano'o .. so I don't know if Hyuuga will manage to do so but it's possible
