Since Madara and Sasuke can manipulate the shape of susanoo to fit Kurama they should be able to do it for any other type of construct around the same size as PS.

Just imagine Madara and Hashirama fighting together and they pull out a susanoo covered mokujin. It would be too badass.

It's probably more a chakra thing in which case yeah I still think Madara could clad Hashirama's wood statue in Susanoo. Would I want to see it? Nah. I've had enough of giant megazords in the Ninja world

They can but it's useless, Mokujin lacks mobility and only punches. On the other hand bijuu avatar can use Susanoo weapons and perform ninjutsu like Susanoo

You're talking about shinsuusenju not mokujin.

Mokujin was equal to Madara's PS in mobility and yes you're right about it not having the same fire power as Kurama but the physical strength can increase greatly with susanoo armor.
