Madara and Sasuke's Rinnegan: Pure Contradiction or Irony!

You read the title so you know what I am talking about.

When Rikudo spoke of Kaguya's Sharingan, Kishi showed the same eye that the Shinju fruit has. When Sasuke showed his eye, it was the same eye as Shinju fruit, yet uchiha Madara called it Rinnegan.

However, when in 674 Sasuke started to use his eye that Madara called Rinnegan, the only thing Madara spoke of was the Sharingan - that is he spoke of how Sasuke's eye power was the same as his own left eye. The question that came to my mind was: Are we seeing Sharingan power or Rinnegan power?

Well, if Rinnegan is pure Rikudo's power, how come Sasuke's Rinnegan power remind Madara of his Sharingan power? Could it be that Madara is confuse?

Madara's sharingan has the same straight tomoe as Sasuke.
Madara noticed there was more between them beside the uchiha [Indra reincarnate]
So he said the Left eye [ Rinn'gan/Júbi eye] Would fit him perfectly, But I also find it
weird why he is referring to a rinnegan since it obviously looks different [He might be referring to a third eye?]

Also the Viz scan calls it ''The one-eyed rinn'gan.''
But what we've seen now are The one-eyed rinn'gan technique's.
since it was able to see in the limbo dimension.

Sasukes Rinn maybe able to learn/copy other Uchiha eye abilities? Such as, Kamui and other eye specific jutsus. The Sharingan of sharingans, maybe? Or maybe its reflective and Madara picked up his own energy? Im curious as to why Sasuke's rinn has tomoe and Madara's does not. It implies a special ability not available to Madara, giving Sasuke a badly needed advantage, now that Madara has both his own eyes.

Its also possible that were reading too far in to it being that Rinnegan is a phase of Sharingan... Or the translation was lazy.

Madara has the same old Rinnegan Nagato and Obito had because they were his eyes. Sasukes are different. Senjutsu Rinnegan?
