danzo took one of shisuis eyes but not both of them.
i think that madara took shisui's other eye and transplanted it into him to gain the mind control ability. he keeps shisuis eye hidden under his mask to save chakra like kakashi does and when madara takes off his mask and shows sasuke who he is he really places sasuke under mind control.
I've been saying this a while and people think I'm a idiot for it. But it would make sense if he did have it until he used izangi and sealed it away.
Reasons for my thoughts, are in Sauskes battle with Danzo, Madara talks like he is controling sauske.Madara also controlled the 4th Mizkage, and the fourth was equated to killer be in terms of being at peace with his tailed beast and them working together (jinjuriki when in sync with their tailed beasts can escape sharingan genjuitsu with ease.. ex killer bee and the 8 tails), Itachi explains about how he felt he was trapt in someones genjuitsu during the murder of the Uchiha clan and Madara was the only other one there, and when Kabuto was talking to Madara about IWR Kabuto told him to take control of him with the his sharingan and make him say release and preform the hand seals.
Which in my head keeps it probable that he had the doryoku that danzo had. I'll get manga links and edit them in. or post them in another post. But good thread..
the kabuto talk, taking control of someone with the sharingan isnt a normal occular power as far as I know but if it is I'd really like to know where and when it happend.

Itachi wanted to beleive that it was a nightmare or explination that it was a genjuitsu.
I'll disagree with about this part "it also says that madara can live so long because of his vast amounts of chakra if this is the case then when minato seald half of the fox in him madara wouldve had to make a choice either take narutos "baby body or minato's" so he takes minatos body and has half of the demons chakra.
it would also explain why he would go after the bijuu's." Because Madara had the three tailed jinjuriki under his control and then Ao broke the genjuitsu and something happend where the 3 tailed beast was released. As well as Madara had posession of the 9 tailed beast twice, its a really dumb thing to have something you want twice and not get it, He could have put the 9 tails in the other dimension like he did to Kerin and Sauske but chose not to, same with the three tails. HUGE MISTAKE imo.
