Why are these 2 after Sasuke, why do they want another ''eye'' so badly ?

where the next page zoomed in on Sasuke's eye. He still wanted Sasuke on his side untill the moment he tried to attack him again. the thing is Madara still has that weak spot because of his brother. There is a possibility
that Sasuke used a genjutsu or something to talk with Madara.
But Sasuke is gonna be the 1 to stop Madara.
