reacting to attacks from slower characters than sasuke doesnt mean anything here. with juubi lv sensing and reflex boost he failed to react to sasukes s/t jutsu and was hit twice, so this weaker version of that madara fares much worse, match starts in sasukes range and he cleaves his ass in half. limbo cant do shit to sasuke in ps as they are irrelevant near it, he swats them aside and goes on to shit on the real madara. madara is not reacting to sasuke so he isnt activating any soosano which btw will get shitted on by sasukes ps slashes which exceed his.
