I think Madara...just like everybody else has / had disciples / students. And for his purposes they read all of that badass tablet in the Uchiha hideout and learned all the techniques with the sharingan. Space / Time nutjsu must be something anyone can learn with enough practice....or OR...time does not mean anything in the narutoverse.
