basically im comparing the two strength wise.
ms tobi=ems madara. although people give ms tobi a lot of flack for almost losing to konan you have to consider most people would lose a fight specifically made to beat them and has been prepared for a decade no one is excluded from this. ms tobi is quite powerful and easily top ten even without stronger versions his strength is comparable to madara and hashiramas though most people deny that because they think destructice capacity is the only thing that matters.
rinnegan obito>= edo madara
i say this only because he has more advantages with the tailed beasts/jins helping him obito sneaking around a busy battlefield equals death unless u have naruto level sensing. though edo madara did have sensing it was crap in comparison and not very effective in combat from what we saw atleast.
rinnegan madara>rinnegan obito
though hes stronger its still a close fight obito can still see limbo and phase through the bijuu arent a factor as they both can control them. though overall mads is stronger due to sm however long it lasts.
