Madara and Obito cannot perform jutsu while they are connected to Juubi.

I think their entire focus is on controlling the Juubi's movements, and they cannot perform any and all jutsu.

Madara doesn't even look up, and yet he knows there are 2 flies(xd) above him. And then suddenly the Juubi's tail comes at them out of nowhere, which is detected by Sennin Naruto. It means their eyes are linked too!

I believe Madara is controlling the Juubi's physical movement and Obito is controlling the powers in relation to chakra, like BIJUUdamas and stuff. Because it was Obito who was targeted by Ino's Shintenshin no jutsu resulting in the BIJUUdama being averted.

Besides its not like they need to perform jutsu, together;they have full movement and chakra control over the Juubi. They don't need anything else.

I don't think it's is as good as the fact you base your assumption on the face madara didn't look up, meaning he couldn't possibly see Naruto and a massive 8 tail's... I believe it's safe to say that he could easily notice them, If you base your whole assumption on the fact that you believe he can't move and he's using the Juubi to see. Then it's no exactly accurate or even a good explanation to why you would even think that. Never the less.
