They seem to have difficulty controlling Juubi and I think the alliance will exploit that weakness, Shikamaru's dad mentioned that Juubi hasn't totally been controlled by Mada and Obito yet.

Ya Still Naruto talked With all beasts Maybe "Power of will"Inspired the tailed beasts and they will refuse to obey No matter how much force Madara and Obito control.....
