Then we have madara... Who just revived already soak up the Rasen shuriken and suddenly use this.

Minato : KCM minato. I think its the biggest WTF moment in the naruto series... Naruto who went trough years of pain... had to fight Kyuubi to get a small piece of his chakra...

Then we have minato who is revived for i think 1 hour or so....
and suddenly use this.

These 2 can use jutsu like it's nothing...
It looks like nagato and naruto are fodders for all these years of hard training to get at this point
where madara and nagato can just spam every jutsu in a millisecond.

When Madara unlocked the Rinnegan he had plenty of time to learn how to use it. He even summoned the Gedo statue.

Well we do not know fpor sure that the Rinnegan is needed for that meteor jutsu. Also it was just luck that Madara was able to absorb the Rasenshuriken.

But this last chapter and the whole KCM Minato thing confirmed that he is infact a Mary Sue character

He only has as much yang chakra as Kcm naruto

Minato = One of the brightest shinobi in NV

So, it's no big deal for them to get even the slightest of the details of any matter at hand....

Minato had more than enough time to perfect KCM in the belly of the beast, if we assume chapter 124 was right, minato, hashirama,tobirama,sarutobi and oro's arms had endless battle's for like 16 years.. thats more than enough time to learn control the kyuubi's chakra.
