After seeing how this most recent chapter ended (623) we can assume that an epic battle between the two strongest families from the Senju and Uchiha clans is about to take place. From the looks of it, this is a battle neither father/son combo plans on retreating or backing down from. My prediction is that during this battle Madara and Izuna's father will be killed, thus awakening the mangekyo sharingan in each of them. We already know that Madara has his sharingan and based on the fact that Izuna and Madara have always been said to have been at/near the same level of skill, Izuna most likely does too. Witnessing their father's death will awaken their MS, thus enabling them to become future leaders of their clans, which then leads to the alliance with the senju, and so on..This death, however, could play into future tension between Madara and Hashi as well as Tobirama and Izuna. Seeing how Izuna seems to be a "daddy's boy" similar to Tobirama, this death could tie into Izuna holding a grudge and leading final assault (before the village formation) which would then end in him being defeated by Tobirama/ Hashirama. I do not truly believe that Izuna gave Madara his eyes, willingly, I think that after his failed coup, he was struck down by one of the Senju, then Madara took and transplanted his eyes into himself. The death of Izuna then caused Madara to attempt gain a following to rise up and overthrow Hashirama from Konoha, which failed, he then left the village, trained for a period of time(years?) then returned to challenge Hashi for the village once and for all. This is just my theory but let me know what you think!!

Im pretty sure that madara/Izuna kill their best friends/fellow clansmen for their MS. I do agree however with madara/hashi's parents killing eachother

No! See this:

No offense but that would be extremely lame if their father dying caused them both to simultaneously awaken MS -__-

I never actually said that they kill their father, he was just an example that it could have been any one.

No i wasnt saying that they kill their father either. I was saying that if the reason for both of them awakening MS was due to Tajima's death then that would be pretty un-creative...

Well, who knows. . . . . . . . . maybe he was a bad man, his face looks more evil than Orochimaru's, seriously. :D

How would that be un-creative, exactly? He IS their father, and the way to get the MS is to witness an extremely traumatic event. To be honest, Izuna and Madara striking down their kinsmen in order to gain a powerup doesn't really match what we've been seeing of their characters in the last couple of weeks. I agree, when Itachi told the story of them they were portrayed as ruthless, power-hungry monsters but this flashback shows they were actually very much like the senju brothers. Hell, maybe i'm way off but it does make some sense at this point
