:sy: But one would have to go without eyes. You cannot both have EMS and just hand your eyes to someone else. Once your eyes are taken out and removed you are blind. Of course they have no shown how the surgery goes but Kishi made it evident it doesn't work this way.

Their were only 2 pairs of eyes and they would have to combine together to form a pair of EMS. Without a full pair of EMS, Madara would not have been able to use Susanoo that is why he took both eyes.
