Madara and Edo tensei

How did Madara know the seals to Edo tensei?
I'm pretty sure Kabuto/Orochimaru didn't use the jutsu infront of him and allowed him to copy it, which means he got it from Tobirama, but why did Tobirama use such a strong jutsu infront of an Uchiha?
Madara for sure didn't see edo tensei jutsu after "his death" against Hashirama because Tobirama would have probably it, which means he might have seen it during his alliance with Hashirama or before that, but if indeed he copied it before his fight with Hashirama, why didn't he just use it and revived his brothers, that could have probably solved alot of issues and maybe he wouldn't have fought Hashirama.

Yes, he most likely copied it from Tobirama.

Regarding the bit about why he didn't use it himself thereafter... that's a good point. I don't think simply learning the seals equates to utilizing this complicated jutsu. There are a lot of steps to preparing DNA and the actual resurrection that Madara couldn't have known unless he stole a forbidden scroll on the matter. So even though he knew the release seal, that doesn't mean he could use the technique itself.

That, and perhaps he was too prideful to use it or felt there was no one dead worth reviving, as he and Hashirama were undoubtedly the strongest shinobi in recent history at their time.
