Now that Madara has Moukton(Wood Style)can he create a giant armor of dragon wood and apply it on the SUSANNO, creating a giant SUSANNO the size of the 1,000 Hands sage mode ?

No he can't do that.

-The only Mokuton dragon there is, is the Wood Dragon, and its only a little bit longer than 100% Kyuubi. So no he can't make it as big as the Buddha, even if he had something as big as the Buddha in his own arsenal, cause his Susanoo in all isn't as big as the Buddha.
