Madara wins both scenarios. Naruto's BM cloaks were deformed due to combined attacks from Obito and Madara - their pointy ears were misshapen. I highly doubt Raikage's body is anywhere near as durable. Once Genjutsu is used, his Raiton armour goes down. Madara has the reserves to pull of repeated large Katon. There is nothing to suggest after repeated Katons Raikage isn't burnt to a crisp. Nothing at all.
Madara has far superior speed and reaction rate feats compared to Third Raikage. Gunbai can be used to Deflect his Stab back at himself. Even that defeats him. At Close Range he's an even easier target for Genjutsu. Onoki had to break him out of genjutsu, which means Raikages aren't capable of beating Sharingan Genjutsu themselves. This time can be utilized for Katon attacks. I cannot see Madara losing here.
Too bad he doesn't have Amaterasu, otherwise it would have ended quickly in the Second Scenario. It's just Rinse and Repeat for S2 as well.
