Sumire usually reacts to people from behind (did so against Mitsuki twice) but couldn’t see one slow ass kumo ninja from behind coming? x.x

Sumire's apparence in the CE is filler anyways so it doesn't matter tbh

It's because namida distracted her. when mitsuki attacked her she wasn't distracted and completely focused.

I was so dissapointed. Wasn't there a tweet from the director that said that sumire and denki would be fighting? this is his way of fighting? I can't express how i felt when i saw sumire loos like that. She should have been able to fodderstomp all of them but she didn't do shit. I hated the episode

the rule of 2nd test = take the flag = instant win = stupid rule of all time . because it favor dirty trick to steal the flag without fighting
maybe because drawing and making fighting in manga and anime take alot of work . so the producer and artis just lazy and skip it all the time

You have to keep in mind that Sumire can’t show her potential and if she did she would be out of place, Sumire is way past chunin.
