1) There's no CFS like it. It essentially bypasses the ban on technology (excluding the Mandalore)
2) It's Steel Release, which has recently become my favourite ability alongside Fuuin. My steel bio is my main now.

The fighting style essentially entails using steel release as it's base and combining it with lightning chakra to recreate machines. These machines can do anything from granting heat vision to enhanced swimming speed.

I remember writing those words in the CFS ~_~ anyway.. Buzz saw is one of the simplest machinery techniques..
show me in details how will you perform it.. with pros and cons mentioned..

Chakra:30 Chakra (+10 for every turn activated)
Damage:60 Damage
Description: The user will make a steel coating at his/her forearm with machine attached to its middle with a motor located at the end of the machine and a buzz-saw attached to the motor. the buzz-saw's diameter is 1 meter and is strong enough to deflect small-sized projectiles that are B-Ranked or weaker as if it was a steel shield. the buzz-saw is very hard and capable of cutting human limbs and any solid thing (rubber, hot lava, crystal, CEs that are harder than steel) of A-Rank and lower in 2 seconds. the user is capable of turning the motor on by simply supplying it with lightning chakra and turning it off by simply cutting off the lightning chakra. the user is capable to detach the steel coating as if it was clothing and attach it to the other forearm if needed.
note: the user must use lightning chakra every turn to turn on the machine and the motor
note: if the motor is kept activated for more than three consecutive turns it will be damaged.
note: can be used thrice per battle

Lancelot focuses his koton chakra to his arm to form a large wheel-shaped saw before supplying it with raiton chakra to supply the motor with electricity. He simply swipes his hand to the side and cuts off all of Gajeel's hair.

1. Gajeel is my steel bio and he makes a chainsaw on his arm as one of his powers, i mean why wouldn't i want an ability that can do the same?
2. I'm a huge fan of transformers and this pretty much allows you to bring anything from the transformers universe to the naruto Rp which is genius if you ask me
3. I want a motorbike in the rp <_< Haha i'm half kidding on that one
It's been years since i was the leader of the akatsuki so theres not much i can do on that front.
For the cfs it's pretty simple, you make the components for a machine and get them to function using raiton release. To be honest if you've seen the boruto movie, your cfs would fit into those times a bit more. The example jutsu below you have is kinda like my cj but you actually use motor power:

Description: Similar to Iron Dragon's Club (if approved), but possessing cutting instead of blunt power and thus being possibly deadlier, the user transforms his arm or leg into a large, jagged steel blade (as seen below). The spikes along the blade's edge make its slashes more painful and dangerous and the weapon's length can be increased to reach enemies away from him. The sword can also function like a chainsaw, effectively increasing its damage, as it rotates as seen in the image below. When the sword is rotating, i can cut through almost anything solid.
Note: Useable 3 times

You've just basically made a better version of my chainsaw using lightning's cutting power that now cuts through anything that is strong to steel. It's genius and a bit of texas chainsaw massacre at the same time.
One question, if i'm using this and the cutting lightning edge is hit by a lightning jutsu of the same rank, what would happen? Would they be neutral to each other or would the steel still be weak?
I asked Nk too and he wasn't sure on that one, he's going to ask Lok xd

Do i have to perform it <_< It's just me making a chainsaw on my arm ut motor is run with lightning to make it spin and give it's cutting edge.
It using lightning increases the cutting power and the fact of what it can cut through makes it brilliant. Im a close combat fighter so being close anyway i don't suffer from the drawbakck of it's range. But i can extend my arm using steel release so it's not all bad. Also it cuts through c.es that are strong which i'm looking forwards too xd
