Background Info.
History:
She was born in the village hidden in the stars(hoshigakure),the village was called hoshigakure because, years ago a meteor fell from space and crashed on their village and the meteor possesses a unique kind of chakra.the shinobi's of hoshigakure introduced a new kind of technique by draining the meteor's unique chakra and using both for defence and offense but requires much training to master it.jade's parents died when she was still young,when protecting the meteor from other villages ,so jade was put under the charge of their hoshikage.

But the shinobi's of hoshigakure later found out that the meteor chakra kills when absorbed and used to a particular limit and was later destroyed.Now jade seeks to become a true shinobi and thinks there is no place better to start than konohagakure and she's currently at the academy

You do know the only star in the solar system is the sun. Although that's in our solar system, and there's may be different, but any star crashing on their planet would wipe them out. Also it cnt exist since that's a custom clan and you don't meet the requirements.

So take out any reference to your custom village and delete that new ninjutsu.
