Itachi used one of shisui's eye in the raven, then he used amaterasu in the poor bird and he burned shisui's eye too. He can't use it anymore, the other eye was destroyed by danzo.

Actually going by my calculations at the time shisui gave itachi his eye, ka was viable. Iv'e done the math, but also i find it strange that shisui will give itachi his eyes straight after using it (nothing implies shisui used it before he gave it to itachi, bare this in mind) when he purposely gave it to itachi to help protect the village currently with the uchiha scenario, knowing full well that it was take years before he can use it again, sounds like shisui be trolling or stupid. I believe itachi used it, but its yet to show what he used it on before it came to its cool down stage
Shisui gave itachi his eye even before the massacre and now, that is enough time for ka to reach its 10 years before itachi's death. Secondly is there any proof that shusi had used ka before he gave it to itachi, therefore it was in its cooldown period. If anything the fact that shisui gave him his eye means that ka was ready to use otherwise why would shisui give it to him, if he knows that itachi would have to wait 10 before he can use it. The latter suggests that shisui gave it to him when he knew it was ready to use, otherwise its kinda pointless to give it to him and let him wait 10 years.
Secondly itachi purposely commanded ka to activate at the sight of his eyes. What he did, is very similar to what he did with amaterasu, when he sealed it in sasuke to activate at the sight of tobi's sharingan. Both was itachi's doing and he even confirms it here;

Now im not sure what this is about, it anything its rather hypocritical. Many character's in the series have gained power from a secondary source.

Danzo - 10 sharingan, KA
Naruto - kyuubi
Bee - hachibi
Madara - izuna's eyes, hashirama's cells
Obito - Hashirama cells
Sasuke - itachi's eyes
Nagato - madara's eyes
The list goes on on. ^^^ All these people have gained power from a secondary soruce one way or anything. To say itachi doesnt have ka, is hypothetical because then you have to strip secondary powers from all these character's.
