1. Minato's already top tier reflexes and speed being enhanced by Sage Mode and the Raiton Armor, also combined with the 3rd Raikage's reflexes. That means Jinton is never hitting. Not a chance in hell. There's also space time barrier. Sneak attack Jinton won't happen either since Minato can sense chakra.

2. Susanoo can be ported away, ported into, or the user can be ported out, or a Senpo Nukite could possibly break through and pierce Muachi. Or they can outlast Susanoo since Raikage has beast level reserves and Minato has enough chakra for Sage Mode. Susanoo attacks won't work given the 3rd's durability, which is only enhanced further by Minato's Sage Mode.
