I change my mind, that's a good strategy. If the raikages could cause electrocution upon contact of their shield then I'd say Raikage, but I don't believe they can.Mu wins with ease. Fission+Invisibility=Raikage becomes so heavy that he can't move, then Mu's clones rejoin and Jinton one shots.
1. No reason to assume he has that ability. Do you have any implications that you can use other then him having the light-weight jutsu, which Onoki might have just innovated after learning the light-weight variant?Mu wins with ease. Fission+Invisibility=Raikage becomes so heavy that he can't move, then Mu's clones rejoin and Jinton one shots.
That makes it extreme diff right?Third raikage outlast. Muu rather just leave while invisible, and make third raikage think he is still around. Muu loses for retreating but raikage misses out on a few days of sleep.

2. Raikage's have the ability to release lightning from their cloaks if they choose to do so. IC they won't do it unless there's a reason for it, ie streaming Raiton into Mei's Suiton. But if Mu goes invisible right in front of him then I don't see why he wouldn't use it as a precaution.
IMO this ends up becoming a battle of attrition which the Sandaime Raikage undoubtedly wins.
Mu wins with ease. Fission+Invisibility=Raikage becomes so heavy that he can't move, then Mu's clones rejoin and Jinton one shots.
He can dodge jinton. This is honestly a low diff win for Muu. Raikage can't touch him while he's airborne, and he can't tank or dodge Jinton.
Not this jinton. He can dodge jinton.
So can you show me that being used on a moving target? How are we suppose to gauge it's speed? So he dodging it.Not this jinton.
