Depends on if Kaguya can see Muu when he turns invisible. Despite being immortal, Kaguya is very much human. She has to sleep or eat eventually. Muu will catch her slipping and poison her or seal her if he gets the sun and moon marks. He'd 100% win with Jinton though. Rinnegan users have to consciously absorb chakra based attacks.
