Although they’ll weigh me down until im used to the added weight, they’ll come in clutch strengthening my manly legs allowing me to up my speed(once removed) and provide myself with more kicking power(through this here, training)

Looking toward my sensei with a big smile and my thumbs up.

So the leg weights as a set of weights that are worn on the legs, particularly above the ankle area. Once worn, the weight would reduce the speed of whoever wears it, sometimes too heavy even to walk. You get used to the weight by training and doing everything while putting it on and once you are back to your normal movement speed as before, you have mastered it.

By then removing the weights, your speed would drastically increase due to you already conditioned yourself to the weights. You gain 2x speed and your kick are faster than normal thus gains more power, giving you a plus twenty to taijutsu done through the legs.

okay so let's start by putting this on.

(Katai Omori) Leg Weights
Type: Weapon/Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

Then trying to run, and instantly realizing i look like an astronaut walking on the moon for the first time.

Am i moving so fast that it looks im going slow motion?!

The weights restraining my legs as i tried to move, none the less excited me, raising both hands up into the air as if i just won a championship, without saying a word just nodding my head toward Sensei. Thinking Cheers to progress

Okay you need to continue walking, running, jumping and fighting with the weights on. You have one month to master the weight and return back to your normal speed while the weights are on you. Don't ever remove it.

come back after one month and show me a raise fight to continue your next phase of training.
