[Discussion] Luffy's training begins

Do you guys think Luffy would get to learn Minks's electric ability?
Even if his abilities are a bad conductor of electricity he is still a human being. And if his rubber abilities are restrained, he can get harmed by electricity.

I'm saying Luffy to learn it because he used Gear Second and third all by himself without any time skip. So the Minks teaching him this ability can be handful in future.

Even if the electric ability is something that can be learned, it's not gonna be Luffy who learns it. It's probably something to do with the glove carrot was wearing.

I can see Nami or Usopp getting it if it's the glove if it can be learned I'd like Robin to have it it would suit he DF perfectly

It makes sense for almost any other straw hat except Luffy to get this power up.
