Where does Luffy stand in terms of speed......who is faster than luffy apart from Kizaru and Kuma? I mean in gear 2nd he was invisible to Blueno or whatever was that guy's name....and his speed feats are acknowledged by many so where does he stand in speed rankings in the OP verse?

Lucci well kept up with Luffy's G2 speed during their battle...
Recently, DD kept up with his speed; I don't think there's much difference in speed come the new challenges and same tier level opponents. And minor speed differences are compensated with any other strength.

This for most part in terms of speed in transformations he can withstand for long periods of time

Sanji

Along with a few others r faster then him or should be faster

Also things like casting time (for logias exp akojji and his ice) also can play factor

you think Sanji is faster...? well he might actually be since the guy can fly.....or it might be a difference in technique rather than speed
