I don't want to be a D!ck and say it was nothing !! It was actually pretty strong and awesome , but it certainly DID NOT destroy the whole city !! here i just quickly counted how many blocks he destroyed ! it's 10 blocks approximately :

10 blocks is not the whole city ! you should remember that birdcage nearly got squeezed until it covers maybe a quarter of the city ! and luffy destroyed a part of the city inside birdcage !

Doffy was literally holding his organs together and then was thrased round the city and punched to a mountain with such force that it cracked. If he sruvives an island shattering attack then he is equal to WB in my opinion.

Plus WB is a huge guy, Doffy is a tall guy. This was the same reason why a hole in Ace killed him but not WB cos WB is a monster of a man. A HOLE AINT GONNA DO SHIT

It's based on what we've seen. Both have been impressive but WB is supposed to be stronger, which is why Doflamingo's tankiness seems more impressive to us. Plus, I wouldn't bet my life on the fact that Doffy is in his prime. Dude's 41 years old, he might have well passed it, or not even be there yet, as far as I am concerned. We see young dudes reaching their prime at 30 years old, and then we see middle-aged Admirals who are at their prime NOW. Can't really be sure 'bout these things v_v

while it's impressive for a one punch move, we've all seen Luffy do more damage back when he destroyed half of Noah. If luffy learns how to spam this attack like he spammed his attack to destroy half of Noah then we'll probably be a lot of top tiers missing in action.
