does jimbei knew this that luffy had abilities or unique talent thats why he knew luffy would be the pirate king one day????

Ok remember the time the straw hats and bege was having a meeting jimbei ask luffy if we they can trust bege, did luffy had this power like goku that he can search trough someone feeling? This is like when goku did to future trunks.. did he did this to buggy too thats why he trust buggy and he think he was a good guy. Did luffy had hidden abilities that he got not from his devil fruit but its a human ability that actually happens in real life?

I want to say that it's just plot, but you may be right. Blackbeard could feel Luffy's haki long before Luffy could even use it, so it's definitely possible to sense innate strength.
