I think his New Gear will be after he masters armanent Haki like Vergo. That's when he'll go "full body red hawk mode" or something , cuz he needs his arm. Haki to ignite himself or else he gets burned.

A full body RH is nonetheless derived from G2. Meaning no matter the variation, that technique and all others like it are G2 techniques so it wouldn't be a new Gear.

That's not what he means. What he means is because Luffy can now use G2 in one of his limbs (E.G. just his arm and no where else), Luffy should use it in his legs and go G3 in his upper body.

Furthermore, the picture you posted is Gear-stacking.

1) That's a filler from Luffy having a giant inside him.
2) If Luffy became a giant via G3 and then went G2, the result, again, would be Gear-stacking. Not a new Gear.

So what you posted shouldn't be a new Gear because they're just derivatives from his previous G2, 3 or both.

Maybe like arment haki all over his body and he uses gear second to go craazy fast to become red hawk all over basically like sanji how he does diablo jamble
