When Luffy becomes a yonkou, how strong do you reckon his alliance would be?

Allies: Whitebeard Pirates lead by Marco, Law and the heart pirates, Boa Hancock and Kuja Pirates, Jimbei, Bartolomew, Elizabello, Daruma, Abdullah, Jeet, Blue Gilly, Chinjao, Boo, Happosei Army lead by Sai, Ideo, Kelly and Bobby Funk, Hajruddin, Orlumbus, Kyros, Mihawk (maybe since he taught Zoro), Shanks (maybe not since he is a Yonkou himself), Dragon and the Revolutionary Army including Sabo, Kaola, Hack, Ivankov and Inazuma and all Okama, Crocodile (maybe), Daz Bones (maybe), Rayleigh, Foxy Pirates (maybe), Perona, Heralcles

Territories in New World: Fishman Island, Dressrosa, Baltigo (Revolutionary HQ).

Territories outside New World: Alabasta, Drum Island, Amazon Lily, Water 7

And I'm pretty sure i missed a lot....

However I still think the Blackbeard Pirates will be stronger...and the Roger Pirates >__>
Probably put him on equal terms with the World Government.

He will be really strong and wouldnt need them.

Luffy will never be in the top 5 strongest in One Piece. His major strength is getting people to be his friend and making an alliance with him. He will just have the strongest alliance ever but he won't personally be the strongest even in his own alliance
