[Theory] Luffy's 1st Gear

Considering Monkey D. Luffy has 2nd gear and 3rd gear, is it possible Oda would reveal Monkey D. Luffy's 1st gear? Pretty weird theory, but it can be possible? What do you think?

I think 1st gear is his normal state. Then comes gear second when he accelerates his blood flow and gear 3rd when he pumps his bones or something. If anything, he might get gear 4th .

4th = Giant mode. I.E. Instead of increasing the size of an arm/leg (G3) he increases the size of his entire body and "becomes" a giant.
5th = Heats his body (similar to RH but not to that extent) and "liquefies" his rubber body to manipulate shape, size & form to suit the situation.

I think if he will get Gear 4th it would be like *Whole Body Red Hawk*. He covers his whole body in Haki like Vergo and then uses Gear 2nd heat to go on fire(wouldn't burn his skin because of Haki)

He wouldn't need a separate gear for that. It's like saying instead of calling EGG a G3 move, he should call it a G4/5 move because he uses CoA; hardening. So if he does that, it'd still be G2.

Fourth gear would be nightmare luffy.
