[Discussion] Luffy's 13 Commanders

I think there will be 13 commanders to mirror the 13 main SH members. So far we have 7 commanders(Cavendish, Bartolomeo, Sai, Ideo, Leo, Hajrudin, Christopher Columbus) so he may have 6 more. As you know, yonkou crews split up a lot so its safe to assume that Luffy's main crew will split every now n' them as well. Each SH will have their own mini fleet lead a commander.

For example, Hajrudin's giant crew could represent Usopp and Barto's crew can represent Luffy. This brings up 2 questions:

1- Who are going to be the other 6 commanders?
2-Which fleet will represent a SH?

1st Cavendish
2nd Bartolomeo
3rd Sai
4th Ideo
5th Leo
6th Hajrudin
7th Christopher Columbus

- Cavendish and Suleiman are swordsmen, maybe under Zoro
- Bartolomeo created an attack in memory of Luffy, maybe under Luffy
- Sai fights with his legs, maybe under Sanji
- The dwarves may be under Chopper

Not sure with the rest and that's of course assuming, Luffy actually accept their alliance, but seeing how Bartolomeo actually already acknowledge Luffy or Zoro's position in the crew, he may accept. Well next chapter would tell

Honestly though,Luffy is well Luffy he is kind of dumb about these things..so im 100% sure he will misunderstand their idea and decline,though even if he says No,they will still join him for that im sure,and lets face it theres gonna be a super huge war at the end..so he will need a fleet eitherway.
There is always the chance of him growing a brain,and figuring out that this is also the other part of being a PK and agreeing which i honestly would like to see.

Now with what happened at Dressrosa and this fleet formation and the upcomming increase in bounties,i forsee the world will be in an even bigger uproar in C800,if Oda decides to show it,which he should.I wonder what Luffy and Co friends around the world will think when they read the news,the reactions should be priceless...

as for the others i dont think they have the capacity to take charege of strong groups.

Giants to Usopp
Dwarfs to Chopper?
Martial Arts people to Sanji.
Barto to Luffy

Not sure how anyone can question it still happening tbh. All the time Oda put into developing these characters @ the coliseum, etc. was obviously for this. Sanji leads the martial arts guys and Zoro takes the swordsmen. Cavendish stays a division commander of another crew, no way is he going to be under someone, same with Barto. Luffy doesn't command a division because he's going to be the leader of all the divisions/commanders in the same way Ace's spade pirates were integrated into WB's crew.

Nobody will work for someone under them. Law will just ask them to take down kaidou and everyone will accept the request as a debt and after will go to zou to reunite with laws crew and will separate everyone and will work like an alliance With SHs in need just like Several pirates who showed up to fight for WB pirates in marineford.
They will consider luffy as higher up and law as vice captain. Will make alliance with both of them but will luffy will be a true leader for them. They will just respect law as saviour/ parent or whatever.

I think more fleets may join later, but seems like each chaptain will keep there fleet, unless they are solo then they will join someone else, also they already spoke about it, so we can proabaly assume that they spoke about how the team will be seperate? Maybe i dont understand what you were asking lol.

I wish Sengoku and Garp were still active in service, there dialogue would have been priceless. Though I'm sure Akainu and Fujitora's dialogue would still be fun, when he hears the SHs escaped under Fujitora's nose.

OT: Luffy will surely accept, if anything in the previous chapter his premise for attacking Fujitora was a PK won't run from an Admiral. So his brain as started sending PK information to his body.
My only concern is how Leo and his crew will fare on the sea, being small and close to invisible.

From what we saw from large crews like WB and Donquixote pirates, captain isn't represented by division, but by their commanders.

Whitebeard - 17 commanders - other members of division under commanders
Doflamingo - elite officers - other officiers - other members

So, If i draw parallel,

Luffy - other Strawhat pirates - Cavendish, Bartolomeo, etc

Tho, I would say taht Cavendish, Barto and other crews will just be their allies.
