Background Info

History /
Luffy was born into the Akimichi clan of Konoha. He didn't know his parents very well but was cared after my a black woman named Kunta and a red-haired pirate ninja named Shanks. Luffy was no special ninja going through the academy. He was known for his ability to eat and to stretch his body out. He graduated from the academy at 12 and become a jounin at 16. At 16 he set out from Konoha to continue his journey. He set out to travel to Kumogakure, traveling through Amegakure and learning of Rain Release. Eventually his ship had hit the coast of Kumogakure and he found his new home. The rest of his journey is yet to happen blah blah blah

Luffy is an expert of Taijutsu and has increased body motions and reflexes due to his training in the art of close-range combat. He is also a master of lightning and water, allowing him to use one handseal for raiton and quicker handseals for suiton.
