is there any panel stating that laws bounty was frozen fo 2 yrs ?

i dont think it was frozen for that long

and law increased his bounty say 20 days(considering luffy was sent flyin 5 days then stay abt 2-4days then travel to marine's and frm there around 10 days) ? and by that much its double u kno ,he had to go through grand line to reach the mark of 200mil,and even luffy has done so much and he only got 100mil increase in bounty,and as u said he took 100 pirates heart and gave surely it would take tym 2 do that much and if m not mistaken while war was goin on he was still at sabody

Wouldn't take too long for someone like Law. There's no confirmation that Law did or didn't get his bounty frozen for 2 whole years but we know that at some point it got frozen at 440,000,000. Bounty can't be used to measure ones strength. OP says Luffy is stronger than Law because his current bounty is higher than Law's bounty two years ago. Then turns around to say that Zoro is stronger than Law although Law's bounty is higher than Zoro's now and was higher two years ago. Contradicting himself via his own logic.
