Now regarding the subject @ hand I think Sabo beats him mid diff without the DF and mid-low with the DF because he's still a bit raw with the power

I just can't imagine Luffy being that far behind anymore, he has all 3 haki's, trained them and trained himself for 2 years straight, he has to start being stronger than people for the story to play out, I think they would tie. (people will say Sabo trained for 10 years ectect) But how do we know what he was doing? and I wonder if Luffy will ever get a fight like Jinbe / Ace and Kuzan / Akainu

Well they base on the events in their childhood where Sabo was always ahead of Luffy and almost tied Ace
But going with that logic luffy should never catch up to Sabo..so it irks me a bit when people keep saying that
