Just to see what others think,who wins and what diff?

I see no way for Luffy to do anything impactful to Marco so I say Marco wins low/mid diff (somewhere between that point o.o )

Marco stomps at this point. The WG considered him stronger enough to possibly take on BB, I see no way Luffy can win. Even though I'm positive we havent seen his full arsenal from the two years of training, I doubt he would be able to put up more than a mid-diff fight for Marco.

Depends, we don't know how Luffy's haki ranks against high rankers like DD/Marco/Admirals etc.

For now I'm going to go with Marco but it wouldn't be easy for him.

I don't believe Luffy would win but I do agree with everything else you said...spot on
