No it wasn't. Gear3 is Bone balloon. There he simply inflated his muscles more, which is G4.

G4 raped Doffy neg diff..... twice now, so with no draw backs(I'm assuming no time limit. He can use it as long as he likes) I'd say Luffy wins high diff

Fujitora is the worst possible admiral match for Luffy. With Fujitora as his opponent, just moving around feely should be hard enough for Luffy. Impact of his attacks gets reduced as he needs to get past his gravity barrier to hit Fuji. With enough haki in addition to his gravity, Fujitora might as well completely block G4 attack undamaged.

If we go by plot Sabo at worst should be as strong as Luffy or even stronger and we know how well he fared against Fujitora. :yeah:
